Glüh GINSTR Red (Glühgin)

Whenever the cold season rolls around, two things are guaranteed to appear: ours GINSTR - Winter Gin and of course the original Glow GINSTR. For anyone who likes to have fire in their glass in winter, but doesn't want mulled wine or is simply looking for a change, our mulled gin is just the thing.

Whether at Christmas markets or even at VfB Stuttgart in the stadium in white and red - the original Glow GINSTR is always there where people are in the mood for a little Christmas surprise in a glass.

And because many people keep asking: Here comes our original recipe for the mulled GINSTR in red.

You need GINSTR in red for just over a liter of mulling:

250ml GINSTR - Winter gin
200 ml red grape juice
200 ml blackcurrant juice
200 ml sour cherry juice
200 ml red wine (for example Pinot Noir or Trollinger)
  1      Cinnamon stick
  3      cloves
  2      dried orange slices

Decoration: 1 dried orange slice

Heat everything except the gin slowly, pour in, but do not boil. Feel free to let it steep for 10-20 minutes. Remove from the heat, add the GINSTR and stir briefly.

Pour into a cup, add a dried orange slice on top - done.
